We just bought a Gelert Eiger 4 tent from one of the web tent/outdoors retailers. It's pretty good for the price. Easy to put up. Feels quite small inside, but kept me warm on my last fishing trip, I put my catches on catchbook

I wouldn't recommend the Eiger 4 tent if you are going on a proper trek or anything. It's fairly sturdy but I'm not sure i'd feel safe up a mountain in it. It's not too heavy though - probably about 5kg, but I haven't weighed it. Felt fairly light considering the size of the bag that the tent came in.

Overall a good tent for the price. I'd recommend it. Happy Camping!

Thanks for the review ebbzee. I use a Sierra Designs tent myself that I picked up in the US a few years ago. it's been pretty reliable. Thanks for sharing this with us. We're hoping that this forum will really take of with like minded campers. Thanks again
